for the record, this place failed miserably with out me, due to incompetent ownership and shitty management. Such a shame. Beautiful building, great kitchen, delicious menu, AMAZING location (50k cars a day pass right in front of the building). It didn't even make it a year.
Am I arrogant enough to think I could have saved it, made it a success? You bet your ass. I would have done it properly, with love, without compromise, and with Style.
Oh well. Another one bites the dust.
